(Please note: the invite may have gone into the mentor\/mentee ‘s spam folder)<\/p>\n

First check to make sure the correct email address was entered by doing the following:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Select\u00a0My Team<\/strong>\u00a0in the navigation menu at the top of the screen<\/li>\n
  2. If a mentor\/coach didn’t receive the invite code, select\u00a0Mentors\/Coaches<\/strong>\u00a0on the left side of the screen<\/li>\n
  3. If a mentee\/coachee didn’t receive the invite code, select\u00a0Mentoring\/Coaching<\/strong>\u00a0on the left side of the screen<\/li>\n
  4. A receipt of the sent invitation should appear in the list with the heading\u00a0“An invitation has been sent to:”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Check the email address in the receipt, and consult with the mentor\/mentee on the email’s validity<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If the email address is correct:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Take note of the invite code in the receipt, or copy\/paste the invite code into a message<\/li>\n
    2. Give the code to the mentor\/mentee, so they may enter it manually into their account<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      If the email address is incorrect:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Remove the invitation by clicking on the red cross symbol to the right side of the receipt<\/li>\n
      2. Re invite the mentor\/mentee by selecting the\u00a0Connect<\/strong>\u00a0button to the left side of the screen<\/li>\n
      3. Follow the prompts, making sure to enter the correct email address<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
