Once you\u2019ve added in your teachers\/mentors\/ to the organisation\u2019s account, you can assign them to classes\/groups so that they can view the mentees\u2019 \/ students\u2019 goals; suggest goals; reset passwords etc<\/p>\n

1. First, open up the\u00a0A<\/strong>dministration<\/strong>\u00a0area of your Goalhub account<\/p>\n

2. Next, select the\u00a0G<\/strong>roups<\/strong>\u00a0option from the administration options<\/p>\n

3. From this menu, we can view all of the users and classes on our Goalhub account.<\/p>\n

4. To assign a teacher\/student to a class, you can click the circle to the left of each users name to select them.<\/p>\n

5. After this, you will click the orange\u00a0Link\u00a0<\/strong>button in the top right hand of your screen to attach the selected users to the desired class.<\/p>\n

6. To complete the process, click confirm on the window that pops up and your users will now be assigned to the selected class.<\/p>\n
